FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

General Terms & Conditions
  • Membership period and fees. Membership is annual and fees are non‑refundable. Fees quoted are per year and must be paid in full to activate membership.
  • Best‑effort provision and changes. All activities and benefits are provided on a best‑effort basis and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice for operational, regulatory, force‑majeure, or other legitimate reasons.
  • Event and activation costs. Activation and event overheads (including refreshments, venue hire, listing fees and similar costs) and any additional charges for bespoke activations, extra workshops or onboarding sessions will be pre‑notified and shared among participants or charged to the requesting member(s) as applicable.
  • Tier upgrades and mid‑term joining: Members may upgrade tiers at any time; the upgrade fee equals the pro‑rata difference between tiers for the remaining membership period, payable at the time of upgrade. New members joining mid‑year pay the full annual fee for the chosen tier; benefits are provided pro‑rata at AddA’s discretion.
  • No refunds. All membership fees, event fees, and add‑on charges are non‑refundable except where required by law.
  • Use of benefits. Specific services (e.g., mentor matching, featured showcases, bespoke clinics) are subject to availability and scheduling; Business AddA will make reasonable efforts to deliver but does not guarantee specific dates or outcomes.
  • Liability and indemnity. Business AddA’s liability for any claim arising from membership is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Members indemnify Business AddA against third‑party claims arising from their use of AddA services.
  • Confidentiality & data. Member information will be used to deliver membership services and communications. By joining, members consent to reasonable use of their name, brand and profile for AddA promotion unless they opt out on the form.
  • Code of conduct. Members must act professionally and respectfully. Business AddA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct detrimental to the community, without refund.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
  • We do not provide: legal representation, formal filing services, nominee directors, or guaranteed grant approvals.
